The answer depends on your interpretation of Lily. Neither of these Lilies belongs the the Lily Family. Both are Amarylliads. The pink one sometimes goes by the common name of ‘Resurrection Lily. The reddish one is usually called Crinum Lily because of its lily shape.  Both grow from bulbs.

One of the most common members of the Lily Family is the Tulip. We never hear it called the Tulip Lily, but there is a division called Lily Flowered Tulips.
